Do you give free consultations before we start?
Yes. Before we start a project, our team will take an in-depth look at your request. Once we have reviewed everything, we will go through everything with you, and if we agree, start. Even if we do not agree on working together, we will do our best to help you with some free tips and pointers.
How long do projects take?
The timeline depends on the project itself, but average times for a new web development are 4 – 8 weeks. This depends on the complexity of the project itself, as well as the team’s current schedule.
One thing we are adamant about is keeping to the agreed time frame. Once we agree when the project will be completed, you can count on it being done at that time.
Will I be billed automatically?
No. You will receive an invoice from us every month, and can pay it within 2 weeks. We do not charge your card or PayPal automatically.
How do I cancel a maintenance package?
If for any reason you want to cancel a monthly maintenance package, just let us know and we will cancel your plan immediately.
